Grants to Ohio nonprofit and for-profit organizations for the promotion of attractions, events, and programs with the potential to increase tourism in eligible regions. Funding is intended to encourage visitors to stay overnight or extend their stay and to increase their spending in all aspects of the tourism industry. Eligible events and activities must take place in the Chillicothe and Ross County area. Activities should also promote a positive image and increased visibility of the region’s attractions, culture, and heritage.
