Grants to Ohio K-12 teachers in eligible locations to support creative classroom programming. Funding is intended to help teachers or groups of teachers to develop innovative programs, activities, and lessons for students in kindergarten through Grade 12. Eligible applicants are located in Marion County.

Grants will help teachers implement stimulating and motivating projects that are not supported by regular school budgets. Grants will be awarded to the school district and not directly to individuals.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Grant awards may range from $250 to $2,500. In addition, specifically for River Valley schools, there is a grant from the River Valley Teachers Fund that ranges from $250 to $1,000.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Any Marion County, Ohio public or private school teacher who instructs children kindergarten through high school is eligible to apply.

Grant monies will be awarded to the school district. No grants will be awarded or distributed directly to individuals.

Pre-Application Information:

The deadline to apply is March 10, 2021, at noon. Applications must be submitted online.

Grant funding will be announced in May via email to the teacher and principal.
