THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROMOTE AND DEVELOP COMMUNITY INTEREST IN AND ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS BY PRESENTING CONCERTS AND PUBLIC DISCUSSION GROUPS, FORUMS, PANELS, LECTURES AND SIMILAR PROGRAMS FOR THE PUBLIC. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ALSO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO A SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF EMPLOYEES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THEIR CHILDREN AND ALSO PRESERVE ONE OR MORE HISTORIC STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND, OHIO.
