The Culpepper Foundation ("Foundation") seeks to please and bring honor to God by meeting spiritual, physical, educational and economic needs of needy people.The Foundation works primarily through partnerships with faith based and community organizations to assist them in ministering effectively to the people of their communities. The Foundation provides resources that will assist these organizations to be self-governing, self-supporting and self-perpetuating and to enable individuals impacted by these organizations to do the same.
