ALSO, TO ACQUIRE, RECEIVE, PURCHASE, OWN, LEASE, OPERATE, MANAGE, OR OTHERWISE DEAL IN ANY AND ALL INTERESTS IN REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY, TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE, INCLUDING ANY SUCH PROPERTY THAT MAY BE GIVEN, DEVISED, BEQUEATHED, OR OTHERWISE CONVEYED OR TRANSFERRED TO THE ORGANIZATION.
