TO SUPPORT and PROMOTE BERNE UNION HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS ORGANIZATION IS FORMED IS: ORGANIZATION AND MAINTAINING AN ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF ATHLETICS IN THE SCHOOL SYSTEM OF BERNE UNION HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS AND SUPPORT OF NON-INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC PROGRAMS IN THE BERNE UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT AS THE ORGANIZATION MAY DEEM APPROPRIATE THE ORGANIZATION SHALL PROMOTE PROJECTS TO IMPROVE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE AN ADEQUATE ATHLETIC PROGRAM FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL NOT SEEK TO INFLUENCE OR DIRCT THE TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES OR POLICIES OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION OR SCHOOL OFFICIALS WHO ARE CHARGED WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CONDUCTING THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM OF BERNE UNION HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS. THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL DO NOTHING WHICH VIOLATES THE RULES OF THE OHIO HIGH SCHOOL ASSOCIATION OR IN ANY WAY JEOPARDIZE THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BERNE UNION HIGH AND MIDDLE SC
