ACTIVE DUTY, VETERANS, RESERVISTS, and NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERS RECEIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHERE THEIR VETERAN BENEFITS MAY HAVE GAPS. 100% OF FUNDS RAISED GO TO ASSISTING VETERANS IN CRISIS IN DEFIANCE COUNTY. ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED FOR RENT/MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, MEDICAL BILLS, HOME REPAIRS, THERAPY ANIMALS, AND MORE. OPERATION KAVIC IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.
