IT IS PRIMARILY ENGAGED IN PROVIDING INTEREST-FREE AND LOW INTEREST LOANS AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION TO INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, BUSINESSES AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN ISRAEL THROUGH GRANTS TO THE -THE ISRAEL FREE LOAN FUND, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, COLLECTIVELY THE " GROUP".

Grants are made according to the Trust created under a will dated October 1, 1992. Keybank, as Co-Trustee, makes 100% distributions to Friends of Historic Kingston. KeyBank maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of the beneficiary organization in the attainment of its mission. They must be at least 18 years old and be US citizens.
