is the regional organization formed by The Greater Cincinnati Television Educational Foundation (CET) and Greater Dayton Television (THINK TV). TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDE "WRAP-AROUND" SERVICES TO AGENCIES SERVING SPECIAL POPULATIONS SUCH AS VETERANS, CITIZENS TRANSITIONING FROM INCARCERATION, ADDICTION, AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE, LEGALLY SETTLED REFUGEES, INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, AND SENIORS.ALSO TO PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION, SAFETY, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, HOUSING REHABILITATION, AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE AFORESAID AGENCIES AND SPECIAL POPULATIONS.

TO OFFER SPORTS PROGRAM THROUGH A VOLUNTEER BASE FOR ALL PEOPLE TO RECIEVE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT ATHELTES AND TO PROMOTE GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP

TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN AND OPERATE AND PROMOTE SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH SOCCER AT ALL LEVELS OF PLAY TO ENCOURAGE CITIZENSHIP AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP IN ALL ACTIVITIES AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT SPONSORAND AMATEUR ATHLETICS

AMIS will advocate for, work with, provide resources to, and support and their families while they are in the United States, and engage in other activities allowed by law and consistent with these purposes.
