Grants to Ohio nonprofit organizations to improve health and equity in eligible regions. Some applicants are required to submit an online LOI prior to a full grant application. Funding areas of focus include reproductive health, adolescent and young adult cancer support, criminal justice, and the arts. Eligible applicants serve the communities of Northeast Ohio, generally those residing in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties.

For Requests of $1,000 – $4,000 This smaller grants process is for unexpected and/or emergency expenses that arise for which you did not plan. Examples include:
Types of Funding:
Day-to-day operations are vital to the programming that the Foundation's grantees deliver. Therefore, the Foundation encourages requests for general operating support to advance the work of individual organizations.
Although the Foundation encourages general operating support grants, it recognizes that nonprofits know best what types of funds they need. That being said, the Foundation awards grants for all of the following purposes:

The Foundation recognizes that multi-year support allows organizations to better plan for their future and provides a level of long-term stability in their programming. Prior permission is not required to submit a multi-year request.
