STATEMENT OF PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE: ( ) IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUPPORT FOR ITS MEMBER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND OTHERS LOCATED IN NORTHEAST OHIO. MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS ARE ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN PROGRAMS DIRECTED TOWARDS IMPROVEMENT, SOCIAL CHANGE, AND CITIZEN EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT. THE PRINCIPAL GOAL IS TO HELP THE MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS RAISE FUNDS THROUGH CHARITABLE WORKPLACE GIVING CAMPAIGNS. A MINIMUM OF 85% OF CAMPAIGN RECEIPTS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO ELIGIBLE MEMBERS AND UNAFFILIATED NON-PROFITS EACH YEAR.

THE MISSION OF THE , ALSO KNOWN AS THE FAIR FOR RIGHTS , IS TO PROTECT EXPAND FAIR RIGHTS, ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION, PROMOTE INTEGRATED COMMUNITIES.

THE STRIVES TO BE A POWERFUL PROACTIVE FORCE FOR THE SUPPORT AND ADVANCEMENT WOMEN AND GIRLS IN OUR COMMUNITY THAT WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FOR PEACE, JUSTICE, EQUALITY, AND DIGNITY FOR ALL PEOPLE.

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"), OR ANY CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE, BY AND THROUGH ANY LAWFUL ACT OR ACTIVITY FOR WHICH NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS MAY BE FORMED UNDER CHAPTER 1702 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.
